How To Apply
- Recruitment will follow the Recruitment Policy 2021, Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi Employees Statutes 2021 (amended up to date), and the Rawalpindi Women University Act 2019 (XXIX of 2019).
- Prescribed application forms are available for download on the Rawalpindi Women University website: www.rwu.edu.pk.
- Candidates must complete the application form in MS Word only (handwritten forms will not be accepted).
- Submit three (03) hard copies of the application form along with attested testimonials and required documents.
- A soft copy of the application/dossier in PDF format (via CD/USB) must also be submitted.
- Applications must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, Rawalpindi Women University, 6 Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi via post only, no later than 20 October 2014.
- Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications with all necessary documents and a separate bank draft for each post.
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be paid via Bank Draft in favor of “Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi.”
- Affix three (03) recent passport-size photographs with a blue background on each application.
- Candidates already employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained.
- Age will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Age relaxation will be granted according to Government rules.
- Only candidates holding a Punjab domicile can apply for the listed positions.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and/or interviews (where applicable). The University’s decision will be final.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests or interviews.
- The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not fill any position, or withhold/withdraw appointments for any advertised post.
- A 16.3% quota for disabled individuals and 5% quota for minorities will be observed according to Government regulations.
