- Applications for BS-11 and above (Sr. No. 1 to 4) should be submitted online through this link: www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk.
- Applications for posts below BS-11 (Sr. No. 5 to 8) should be submitted on plain paper, clearly mentioning the name of the post, to the Office of Chief Engineer (Power), 1st Floor, Central Design Building, Irrigation Secretariat, Old Anarkali, Lahore. Attested copies of all relevant documents, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates, and three passport-sized photographs, must be included with the application.
- A relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit is admissible for males and eight (08) years for females against the above-mentioned posts.
- The contract appointment is temporary, non-transferable, job/post-specific, non-pensionable, and confers no right to regularization.
- Recruitment for these posts will be processed in accordance with the Finance Department’s Notification and S&GAD’s Notification.
- Candidates already employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies may apply through the proper channel.
- Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit across Punjab, following the Rules, selection criteria, and provisions of the Recruitment and Contract Appointment Policy-2004 of S&GAD, as amended from time to time.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- These appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for a period of two years, which may be extended or reduced based on the project period with the approval of the competent authority.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for the test/interview.
- A 15% quota for females, 3% for disabled individuals, and 5% for minorities is reserved.
