Responsibilities of WAPDA

• Qualification/Experience: 2 Years Vocational Certificate in Electronics/Electrical Technology + 3 Years Relevant Experience.

3. Diesel Generator Operator

• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Post matriculate G-II Level/2-years Vocational Trade Certificate of Auto & Diesel Mechanic
  • Matriculate Plus 06-months course certificate in “Generator Mechanic”
  • Matriculate Plus equivalent RPL (Recognition of Prior learning)
• Age Limit: 18-30

4. Junior Clerk Cum Computer Typist

• Number of Posts: 7
• Qualification/Experience: HSSC/Intermediate/I.Com with at least 2nd Division, 40 wpm Typing Speed on PC, Certificate in MS Office (at least 3-month).
• Age Limit: 18-30

5. Auto Mechanic (Petrol/Diesel)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualification/Experience: Ex NCO (Matric) qualified Mechanic (Auto/Diesel) from EME or Matric with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 18-30

6. Lineman G-II

• Number of Posts: 2
• Qualification/Experience: Matriculation with experience as a Lineman in any Electric Supply undertaking.
• Age Limit: 18-30

7. Telephone Operator

• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualification/Experience: Matric or equivalent with one year practical experience of PABX Switch Board Operation.
• Age Limit: 18-30

8. Auto Electrician

• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualification/Experience: Ex NCO (Matric) having done Technician Course from EME Centre or Matric with 5 years of experience as Auto Electrician.
• Age Limit: 18-30

9. Assistant Station Attendant

• Number of Posts: 6
• Qualification/Experience: Matric with Science at least 60% marks.
• Age Limit: 18-30

10. Assistant Lineman

• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualification/Experience: Matriculate from a recognized University or Board.
• Age Limit: 18-30

11. Fitter Grade – II

• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualification/Experience: Matric with adequate experience in the trade.
• Age Limit: 18-30

12. Driver

• Number of Posts: 3
• Qualification/Experience: Person holding a light-duty vehicle license with 05 years’ experience after obtaining the license having middle pass qualification.
• Age Limit: 25-35

How to Apply

1. Candidates may visit M/s OTS website (www.ots.org.pk) for registration and submission of applications within 15 days of publication of advertisement.
2. Candidates shall pay test fee of Rs. 200/- to OTS. Test fee shall be paid in any Branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL or ABL on prescribed Bank Challan form downloadable
   from website: www.ots.org.pk.
3. Candidate must specify the post & office against which he / she is applying.
4. Candidates are required to send complete prescribed application form along with attested copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC and relevant
   documents / experience certificates, two recent passport size photographs as well as original fee Challan through courier service / Pakistan Post etc. to; Manager
   Operations (WAPDA) Open Testing Service, Office No.1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad.
5. Candidates will be informed through text message by OTS regarding roll no. slips, test centers, test date, timing etc.
6. Applications submitted by hand or received after due date shall not be entertained.
